I work as part of a small personal training team with my colleague Ben. Together, we work with everyone from beginners just starting their fitness journey to experienced athletes looking to break through plateaus. Our combined expertise covers functional fitness, strength training, gymnastics/bodyweight skills, and running (Ben is an ultramarathoner!), as well as nutrition, habit change, and stress management. During the intake call, we’ll discuss whether you’re a better match for Ben or myself.
