I am a seasoned nutritionist, trainer, and yoga instructor with 15 years of professional experience. I am based in Point Loma, San Diego,CA.
I develop tailored Nutrition and Fitness programs that are highly educational, enjoyable, and effective! My goal is to continually foster a meaningful connection through attentive listening and understanding your healthy lifestyle needs. I ensure all movements during training are executed safely and effectively to have your fittest self imaginable become a reality!
Sound Nutrition guidelines will always be provided to some degree, but a supplemental package is ideal and highly recommended for exacting an alignment with your health objectives.
For full programs I use the "Macro Approach" which provides you with a specific caloric allotment as well as targets for Fat, Carbs, and Proteins to ensure everything is measurable and keeps you highly accountable!

Yoga is another passion that I share with clients which will facilitate a high degree of mobility, flexibility, and specific strength adaptations.
I offer both private and group yoga instruction.
Healthy Lifestyle Guidelines are another critically important factor I will address to create a well-rounded approach for drastic wellness and performance improvements.
Scheduling nutrient intake timing will also be carried out.
I will effectively design and monitor all these facets of health to have you feeling a strong sense of vitality and well-being!
