Hi, my name is Iryna. I’m a Personal Trainer /Corrective Exercise Specialist and passionate advocate for healthy lifestyle. I specialize in helping active adults and Seniors fulfill their physical potential and experience the joy of being healthier and leading a healthier life.

Originally from Ukraine I followed a work opportunity to California . I have 10 years of experience in Physical Therapy with seniors. I have worked in Assistive living, Nursing Homes and Outpatient clinics. I made a strong connection with seniors through my work experience. I have helped clients with posture correction, balance impairments, gait training, post-injury rehabilitation, general strengthening, improving flexibility, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

I am a Corrective Exercise Specialist certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, “ Exercise Science “.
