Youss - Specialized in personal training and self defense ( Boxing, Kickboxing, BJJ ..etc).
We are a dedicated team, passionate about helping others transform their lifestyles and overall mental and physical wellbeing through fitness, sport, and nutrition! Whether you're looking to get started or back on track, sculpt and tone your body, rebuild core strength, improve cardio and endurance, discover new heights of your abilities, or just desire to get back to enjoy being active again - we are committed to supporting you every step of the way!
Lead trainer, Coach Youss, has been doing physical fitness for over 14 years, boxing for 12 years with over 20 fights under his belt, and active in various Martial Arts and is Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to be successful in and out of the ring! If boxing privates are your primary interest - he'll help you learn and improve your skillset and ability to defend yourself while having an invigorating cardio session!
Our newest trainer, Kellie, has been doing physical fitness for over 12 years, volleyball coaching for over 10 years, is a former D1 Volleyball Athlete & Coach, ex-Powerlifter, and now enjoys various Martial Arts and is an active Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. While Kellie's athletic background runs the span of her lifetime, there was a brief time when she fell out of shape after college and worked hard to get back. If anyone knows what it takes to not only succeed in and out of the gym but the mental experience to fight back to being active again, she absolutely does! In addition to specialized fitness training, Kellie also offers private indoor and outdoor volleyball lessons or beach workouts.
As personal trainers, we leverage our combined 25+ years in fitness and sports to guide our clients in reaching their pinnacle physical and mental potential through tailored workout plans designed to meet their individual goals and needs. Our wealth of knowledge and real-life experience allow us to implement a diverse range of exercises, navigate nutritional needs, incorporate sport specific training if preferred, and keep workouts fresh with the ability to offer both indoor and outdoor workouts if desired.
*All workout plans are customized but could include any or a variation of the following: nutritional guidance, boxing, weight training, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), cardio training (long runs or sprint work), tabata or AMRAP training, TRX, or boxing and volleyball privates.
