Hi, I'm Stephanie. I'm a former dancer who coaches women 1:1 using fitness, yoga, and life empowerment strategies. I’m also an advocate for self-care, body positivity, and self-acceptance. I’d love to help you reach your goals.
My coaching method is a hybrid of personal training and life coaching. During each session we’ll spend around half the time moving and the other half talking. Each session will be designed to fit your needs and I’ll help you create an actionable plan to reach your goals.
I hold an M.A. in Dance Education from NYU and a B.A. in Dance from UCLA. I'm Yoga Alliance Certified and Barre Instructor Certified. I'm also the former owner of Studio 505 Dance and Movement Arts in San Francisco.
I meet with my clients remotely over zoom. If you’re not sure whether my coaching style is a good fit, I also offer a free 30 min intro session for new clients.
