I am Matt and I will be your fitness coach. I have over 17 years of experience in the field. I have a passion for health and fitness because it allows a higher quality and enjoyment of life! I was certified as a Trainer in 2006 by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I advanced expertise by getting certified as a Performance Enhancement Specialist for athletes, and Corrective Exercise Specialist for post rehab injuries and movement dysfunction.
I have competed in Natural Bodybuilding and Powerlifting with success. Training in the gym and setting new goals each year to get better and stronger is still a passion, and I am addicted to progress --It gives us purpose and drive to work out each time! I mean, I wouldn't work without a paycheck, would you?!
I specialize in program design to ensure you are doing the right workouts for your fitness goals. Your efforts in the gym and with nutrition will no longer be in vain! You will avoid the continual cycle "trial and error" with the help of an expert.
