In addition to my 20+ years as a personal training, fitness instructor, professional dancer and choreographer, I have been a Swedish style Health/Life Coach for almost 10 years. I can offer both physical and behavioral habit modification services as needed. My services are customized based on your needs and goals. I offer online and in person sessions. I help motivate my clients with sustainable realistic goals and an action plan under my guidance. I reinforce proper form to maintain long term health through alignment, posture, breath work, strength work, cardio conditioning, diet, stress management and sleep habits.
My clients start with an initial consultation where I can answer questions and discuss a customized plan. This is done on the phone or on zoom. Next we move forward with scheduling sessions. With life/health
coaching, next is a full assessment that includes goal setting and an action plan based on your goals, interests, conditions and history.
This can be done in person or online. I have offered over 2000 sessions via zoom since COVID began. My in person sessions are available in the SF Bay Area.
