I am a Certified Primal Coach and doTERRA Wellness Advocate. I help people realize their potential to live vital lives. I wholeheartedly believe that given the right environment, our bodies can heal. My coaching program focuses on your journey into these pillars of wellness:
1) Mindset - Prepare your mind and learn to manage thoughts and feelings to obtain the results you desire.
2) Nutrition - 80% of our body composition relies on nutrition. Learn about foods are making you sick and foods that can heal you.
3) Reducing Stress - Stress is the #1 driver of inflammation, it wrecks havoc on your body. Learn how to reduce stressors and inflammation.
4) Good Quality Sleep - Lack of sleep can derail your wellness efforts. Devise a plan to get better sleep and thrive.
5) Exercise - I meet you where your at. Increasing movement is integral to longevity and wellness. We incorporate foundational movements to build strength.
I’ve coached people to freedom from low energy, sleep deprivation, stress and anxiety, obesity, and lack of vitality.
I offer meal plans and teach you how to plan and prep. For local clients, I offer grocery store tours and pantry purges.
I’m available to meet in person locally, but the program is equally as impactful through my online and video conference option.
