My name is Blake Dennis. I am a licensed Naturopathic Physician, practicing since 2018. I received a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in 2018.
I love guiding people through their unique healing journey, helping people move back into balance while learning the skills or lessons necessary to move back into a state of their best health.
I believe that illness or disease typically develops in reaction to an insult, injury, imbalance or blockage occurring on a level of being and can be seen playing out on all levels. My goal is to figure out what level the insult occurred and use the most appropriate tool to facilitate the healing process.
THERAPIES
I will utilize a wide variety of tools and skills in our work together. These may include but are not limited to the following:
- Herbal Medicine
- Nutritional Supplementation
- Diet/ Lifestyle/ Behavioral Counseling
- Mind-Body Medicine (ie. biofeedback, meditation, hypnosis, EFT, EMDR)
- Physical Medicine (ie. cranial-sacral therapy, visceral manipulation, osteopathic manipulation, myo-fascial manipulation, Swedish and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, NMES, dry needling)
- Environmental Medicine (Toxicant Screening and Detox)
- Vibrational Medicine (ie. homeopathy, sound healing, energy work)
- Pharmaceuticals (if need be)
PAYMENT
We have chosen to run a cash practice. Meaning, We do not accept insurance. We will provide a super bill upon request for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursment.
We offer a sliding scale to better accommodate the varying financial situations of our clientele. We ask you pay what you feel is right for you. It breaks down as follows:
-In Office/ Telemedicine-
First Visit for Naturopathic Visit: 90 min: $200 - 400
First Physical Medicine Visit: 60 min: $125 - 250
Follow-up or Physical Medicine:
90 min - $150 - 350
60 min - $100 - 250
30 min - $50 - 125
15 min - $25 - 60

-Home Visit-
Home visits must be scheduled and confirmed 3 days in advance and you must have had a prior session in office.
60 min - $175 - 350
90 min - $225 - 375
