Heal and help heal. This is my purpose in life. Though I have spent the majority of my life helping people of African descent, it has been within the past 5 years that I’ve realized it as my purpose and calling to heal and help heal. As we heal our own minds, bodies and spirits, we are better able to assist others in their healing.
