- **Root Smudging or Steaming Reiki Healing:** This session focuses on the Root Chakra and Sacral Chakra, aiding in healing the root cause of issues.
- **Sound Bath Reiki Healing:** Experience healing through crystal bowls, which assist in transforming your DNA and ethereal body through frequency. This therapy helps shift your cells to a higher, healthier energy, allowing your body to regenerate and heal. This can be done for yourself or with a group of friends for a relaxing and bonding experience. I provide my crystal bowls and smudges (optional) during the session. For Zoom sessions, it’s best to find a quiet and relaxing space with a good Wi-Fi connection and to ensure your headphones are charged for an uninterrupted experience.
