After years of sports dealing with a lumbar and thoracic spinal issue, I avoided surgery by self-healing. After spending $$ on treatments that didn't work, and discovering what worked! I developed my own remedy for back pain; a combination of decompression, arial yoga, essential strength work, optimal nutrition, and deep tissue massage.
