Distant Reiki Healing Session Via Zoom
Hi, my name is Karina and I am an Usui Reiki Master. I’ve been doing reiki for four years now and I absolutely love it. The thing I enjoy most when working with clients, is seeing the energetic shift after a reiki session.
What a lot of people fail to realize, is how stressful our lives can be at times. Constantly on the go, work, school, kids, relationships etc.. These stresses of life slowly start to build up, and can have a detrimental impact on one’s, physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. This is why it is so important to care of ourselves. Whether it be reiki, meditation, journaling, tuning forks, singing bowls, yoga, Pilates, dancing and singing. There’s an endless amount of things you can do but most importantly, be kind to yourself. Reiki has shown me a tremendous amount of inner peace, and it’s s why I offer it to others.
I use reiki to help scan the energetic body, to help identify if there are any closed or unbalanced chakras. Once I identify where the blockages are, I use reiki( universal life force) to help balance and assist in your healing process. The true healer is and will always be the client. I’m just the assistant, guiding the energy to where it’s suppose to be. With that being said, keep an open mind and an open heart when receiving reiki. Energy flows easier, when it doesn’t meet resistance.
