Our inspection process starts on the outside.... Top to Bottom following InterNACHI Standards of Practice. In most cases and when it’s safe, we walk the roof. From the outside we move to the inside.... Inspecting all accessible spaces and mechanical appliances for safety and function from attic to foundation. The inspection process takes 3 to 4 hours.
A full colored photo report in language you’ll understand is provided, in most cases, the day of the inspection.
We are not like others that charge an extra fee for evening and weekend inspections. We cater to your schedule!
At A Close Look most inspections go beyond the standards set by InterNACHI and ASHI (member of both organizations).
Building a New Home? Chances are the PM (project manager) will not catch it all! We provide PreDrywall inspection services as well as Final Walk Through inspections. Why PreDrywall Inspection? Because you’ll never see inside the wall once the drywall is installed.
We are Listed on Overseeit.com as a certified inspector providing a full range of inspection services. We are relatively new to Thumbtack but, we are not new to inspecting!
