What really got me interested was when I purchased a home that was flipped when I was much younger. The homeowner did not disclose any of the issues the home was having.Since the day of that purchase my house flooded,the roof leaked and the family room ceiling caved in due to ice damming plus i found charred trusses in the attic that that there was no access to. I do not want this experience to happen to another home purchaser. I have been a mechanical and home Inspector now for over 20 years.
