I am a trained and educated building maintenance and repair professional with over 40 years of residential and commercial building management experience. i have worked in older buildings in NYC since 1995. I have advanced education in Building Management and I am a Haag Certified Roof Inspector.
I take my time with inspections. if the inspection takes longer because i am finding a lot to document, so be it. I will remain and document at no additional charge to you. For home owners, i offer maintenance consultations and leak detection services. As a Haag Certified Inspector, I also offer roof consultations for low slope (flat) roofs.
If you want an industry trained professional and wish to learn from a pro, please contact me. If you are looking for someone to rush over things and sell you a line of BS, call the home inspector your real estate agent recommends. There is a reason they are recommending that person.
