I am a sole proprietor. I am my only employee. I have years of experience in fixing computers, electronics, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 5%, plus an additional 10% off for senior citizens, veteran, and military ANYTIME! (Thank you so much for your service, it is greatly appreciated) I have lived in the North Alabama area most of my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name, and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using subcontractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself.
