WHO:
This service is ideal for clients who have a general idea of what they want but aren’t sure how to make it happen or don’t know where to start. If you’re willing to put in the effort to execute your design but need someone to guide you step-by-step, I’m here to help! My approach is friendly, practical, and affordable—perfect for those who want personalized advice without a formal contract. If you prefer working only with signed agreements or packaged services, this may not be the right fit, as I do this as a side passion and don’t require a contract.
SERVICES & COST:
I offer home decorating and staging consultations for a flat fee of $250 (Venmo only) paid at booking. During these sessions, we’ll discuss your needs and desires, and I’ll provide actionable ideas you can implement yourself or work on later. Additional services—such as shopping for furnishings or accessories, or hands-on help in executing your design—are available at a flat fee or $100 per hour.
Please Note:
Staging consultations are complimentary if you list and sell your home with Sanctuary Home Realty. This service includes tailored recommendations to prepare your home for sale, helping you attract buyers quickly and maximize your sale price.
WHAT I DON’T PROVIDE:
Vacant home staging, vacation rental furnishings, or commercial projects.
