Gift Certificate Redemption Policy
We are pleased to offer gift certificates that can be redeemed toward our products and services. Please review the following terms based on the type of certificate issued:
? 30-Day Gift Certificate
Redemption Window: Must be redeemed within 30 calendar days of the issue date.
Expiration: Unused certificates will expire at 11:59 PM on the 30th day and will not be honored thereafter.
Use: Valid for one-time use only, unless otherwise specified on the certificate.
Extensions: No extensions or reissues will be granted after expiration.
? One-Year Gift Certificate
Redemption Window: Must be redeemed within 365 calendar days (1 year) of the issue date.
Expiration: Unused certificates will expire at 11:59 PM on the 365th day.
Use: May be used in full or in part, depending on the services purchased. Any remaining balance will remain active until the expiration date.
Extensions: Extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested before the expiration date.
