We offer two types of cleaning services:
1. Green Clean
2. Conventional Clean
At every first cleaning, regardless of square footage, the service is billed Per-Hour, Per-Person, Minimum 2-Cleaners, and Minimum 1.5 hours on-site.
Our Conventional Clean is $45/hr, and our Green Clean is $50/hr. These Rates apply to the following types of cleaning:
*Standard Clean
*Move-Out/Deep Clean
*Deep Clean with Occupants
After your first-clean with Rocz Cleaning Service, and you would like to make us your preferred cleaning service, we'll negotiate a Fixed Rate that works for everyone.
