•Please understand, we always strive to do our best. But sometimes it may need a couple of cleanings for everything to look it’s best.
•We are unable to offer a refund, but we will happily re-clean any area that you are not satisfied with. Just let us know of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will do our best to make it right.
SCHEDULING
We strive to have the same staff members clean your home or office on a regular basis, however, this is not guaranteed. Due to vacation, illness or departure from the business.
To ensure quality service for all valued clients, we cannot specify exact arrival times. Please allow us arrival windows to handle all the variables of each day and each home without affecting the promises we make to you.
BREAKAGE/LOSS
•Please keep in mind that accidents do sometimes happen. We make every attempt to treat your home with the utmost of care and caution. Please note, if you have items that are of extreme value, either sentimental or monetary, we would prefer not to clean these items. Also, we cannot be responsible for items that were previously broken prior to our cleaning, or are not fastened in a proper way.
•Items located above normal reaching ability where it would be required to use a ladder will not be cleaned.
•Items of extreme value should be cleaned by the owner.
SUPPLIES
We use our own cleaning supplies, including a vacuum cleaner to clean your home. We do not clean with bleach. However, if you own special products that you would like to have used on particular surfaces, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please contact us to discuss this prior to your cleaning service so we might provide instructions to your cleaning lady.

•Do I have to be home when you clean?
No, you do not have to be home. However, if you choose to be home while we clean, we welcome you to do so. We understand that you may prefer to get to know us prior to allowing us to work on our own. We cannot however assume liability for injury to anyone in the home other than our own contractors; therefore we ask that you stay out of our working area and off of wet floors.
•Do I have to do anything before you come to clean my home?
We kindly ask you to have the home picked up as much as possible allowing us to be able to get to all areas so that we can optimize your
cleaning.
•I have pets, what do I do with them when the cleaner is present?
We are of a firm belief that family pets are just like children. We enjoy working with them. If however you’re pet is afraid of vacuums or are aggressive and will not allow us to do our work we may suggest that they be placed in areas that we are not working in.
•What if I do not need my whole home cleaned?
We work with you to customize your cleanings to your needs. Tell us your needs and we will find a way to work them out for you.
