●Flat Rates: We have flat rates available (Note:) Rates are subject to change if area conditions are not as originally discussed, if there is a significant amount of clutter or rubbish to be removed from the premises. Any other conditions that were not disclosed at the time of contracting. (Dishes, toys, excessive garbage, clothing, shoes that were not removed prior to our arrival.) Your flat rate is a standard base rate for deep or standard cleaning, any project that is excessive in work hours due to these circumstances will have a extra for Regular Cleaning $35 and for Deep Cleaning, Move In/Out $40 per hour added to your base rate.
● Initial Visits for Recurring Services: We recommend getting a deep clean for your initial visit as this will provide a thorough cleaning of the entire house and help maintain it for recurring services (biweekly/monthly).
●Services we provide: Deep cleaning Standard cleaning Move In/Move out Cleaning, Organization, Carpet Shampooing.
