oriented. We are the best at what we do and have more than ten years

of experience. Our services are performed with biodegradable and

environmentally friendly techniques and products, unlike other

cleaning companies who use chemicals that harm the health of our

customers as well as ourselves. Our service is very detailed and of

excellent quality.

*******TERMS & CONDITION*********

By confirming an appointment through google calendar, over the phone, text or by email, customers are bound and agree to the following 'Green Janitorial Services' Terms and Conditions:

1. Agreements

1.1: The customer agrees to confirm a scheduled appointment through Google Calendar with GJS within 7 days of making an appointment, and at least 24 hours before the appointment date.

1.2: By confirming the appointment the customer agrees to all pricing and rates proposed by GJS.

1.3: Every deep cleaning (first visit) service starts off at $350 which will pay for up to ten (10) labor hours. Labor hours are per cleaner per hour. Every hour after the ten (10) labor hours will be charged at $35/hr per cleaner until the service is completed.

1.4: Every maintenance residential cleaning starts off at $105 per visit which will pay for up to three (3) labor hours. Every hour after the three (3) labor hours will be charged at $35/hr per cleaner until the service is completed.

1.5: Maintenance residential cleaning may only be requested after the Residential deep cleaning done only by GJS.

1.6: The client can determine the area that they want cleaned but cannot determine the time it takes GJS to clean that area.

1.7: If the client is on a budget, they may suggest areas of priority, but not determine the time it will take GJS to clean those areas.

1.8: GJS agrees to provide all cleaning detergents and equipment (vacuum cleaners, mops, buckets, portable ladder) required to carry out the service, unless other arrangements have been made with GJS.

1.9: The Client must allow cleaner access to hot water, AC, heating and power.

1.10: GJS will not be held responsible for any alarm systems. Customers should give any special instructions for deactivation/activation of any household alarm systems.

1.11: GJS staff are not authorized to use the customer’s cleaning detergents and equipment, unless they are strictly biodegradable.

1.12: GJS staff is not authorized to negotiate service prices or receive payments directly, be it cash or check, payment is to be discussed with GJS directly. Staff is only to receive tips if the client so decides.

1.13: By entering under these Terms and Conditions with GJS, after the termination of the cleaning service provided by GJS, the Client must not hire or use any home-related services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the Client by GJS.

Some of the service tasks are described below.

2: Residential Deep Cleaning (First Visit)

2.1: Every deep cleaning (first visit) service starts off at $350 which will pay for up to ten (10) labor hours. Labor hours are per cleaner per hour. Every hour after the ten (10) labor hours will be charged at $35/hr per cleaner until the service is completed. The deep cleaning will always take longer than the maintenance.

2.2: Residential Deep Cleaning includes:

-Kitchen and dining areas: Stoves, ovens, countertops and sinks are washed with non-scratch fibers (assigned to kitchen) and environmentally safe chemicals then dried with microfibers. Microwaves are washed inside and out, along with the microwave plate and cover. Tables and chairs are disinfected. Kitchen cabinets, drawers, and refrigerators are washed and disinfected. Light fixtures are dusted. Kitchen mats are either vacuumed or disinfected and floors are vacuumed and mopped.

-Full and half bathrooms: Showers, bathtubs and sinks are soaked with environmentally safe chemicals and washed with non-scratch fibers (assigned to bathrooms) and melamine sponges, rinsed and dried with microfibers. Inside and outside of toilets are washed and dried, a pumice stone is used if needed to remove stains. Light fixtures are dusted. Floors are vacuumed and mopped.

-Bedrooms, closets and general areas: Bed sheets are changed if clean ones are provided. Nightstands and furniture are dusted and polished. Trash is removed and bags replaced. Carpet is deodorized and vacuumed. Hard floor is vacuumed and mopped.

-Upholstery: Vacuumed.

-Walls, doors, vents, baseboards, blinds and fans: Disinfected and washed.

-Windows, sliding doors: Wiped down with glass cleaner, rails and window sills are washed.

-Stairways: Railings are washed, steps are mopped or vacuumed.

2.3: In case of a complaint, GJS requires to be notified immediately.

2.4: All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed.

3: Maintenance Residential Cleaning

3.1: GJS can only give a rough estimate of the duration of the maintenance service, which is based on the judgement of GJS and the frequency of the services. Other determining factors such as clutter, pets, dirty dishes, children etc. may vary the duration of the service.

3.2: Maintenance cleaning is the same services as the deep cleaning with the exception of:

-Walls, doors, vents, baseboards, blinds and fans: Dusted. (washed if needed)

-Windows, sliding doors: Wiped down with glass cleaner, rails and window sills are dusted (washed if needed).

-Stairways: Railings are dusted (washed if needed), steps are mopped or vacuumed.

3.5: In case of a complaint, GJS requires to be notified immediately.

3.6: All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed.
