If am a customer, the following criteria I will look at before I hire an unknown person to come in my house.
1.Trustworthy and Honesty: I totally understand the trust and honesty must be earned, which I will prove over a period. It cannot be evaluated or judged right away. However, the references are available and would be provided upon the customer's request.
2. Responsibility: Customer is always looking for a person to take ownership of their work. I am always standing behind my work. I am more critical about my delivery, and I rate my job to see if it is done properly or not. If I am not satisfied, how come my customer would be satisfied and continue my services.
3. Expectation & Attitude: Being a service provider, 1 am always humble and make sure that my attitude and body language towards the work is positive. I like to deliver more than what I have agreed with my customer. I want to build a good working relationship with my customers, so it goes a long way.
4. Attention to the details: I am very specific about the work details, no half-hearted job. In my opinion the customer is paying so make sure the work is done thoroughly and pay attention to the details. Cleaning service is very challenging in a way that you sometimes need to move stuff to do some detail cleaning not just go around the stuff and clean.
5. Punctuality: I always punctual at my work, I follow the schedule and finish the job on time. Life is full of surprises, in case, if any changes occur, I always notify my customer ahead of time about change of schedule. Any changes in the timing and scheduling, I worked with my customer so we all mutually agreed.
