**STANDARD CLEANING** Dusting all reachable surfaces, wiping down & sanitizing all countertops and exposed surfaces, vacuuming and/mopping floors, bathroom floors, counters and toilet (internally & externally), DOES NOT INCLUDE SHOWER STALLS OR TUBS.
**DEEP CLEANING** Includes everything stated in a "Standard Cleaning", plus ceiling fans, floor boards, above door trims/molding, interior side of windows if needed, shower stalls with glass, surround or tile and bath tubs, and microwave patio doors, storm door glass and any dirty smudges, food or handprints, etc., on the walls
NOTE: Refrigerator/Freezer Cleaning: By request ONLY ****Customer will need to remove/return all items from and back into refrigerator********* Oven Cleaning: By request ONLY Customer NEEDS to run the "Self-Cleaning" feature at least 1 day PRIOR to my arrival Oven Cleaning does NOT include cleaning the oven racks or stove-top grates THE FOLLOWING IS NOT INCLUDED UNLESS AGREED UPON PRIOR TO MY DAY OF SERVICE RENDERED: ***Basement-finished or not ***Garage We only accept cash for 1st Time and 1 Time only Cleaning Services.
