I’m Anna and have been cleaning houses and businesses off and on since 2012. I’ve worked as a Store Manager most of my career but when my son was in high school in 2012, I decided to take some time off from retail management, create my own business in order to be at home when he was not in school. After four years of doing that, I went back to retail and only cleaned occasionally, but when my mother died last year of Covid, it made me realize how much time I had been investing with companies that never allowed me any time to see my family and I have many regrets about the time that I lost with my mother due to working 70+ hours a week, so presently, I am doing my own thing, trying to enjoy what’s left of my family, trying to spend every minute possible with my four-year-old grandson, and I do “gig work,” which doesn’t give me the paycheck I was bringing in as a manager, but it definitely gives the important things in my life the priority they deserve.
I can do housecleaning, organizing, laundry, personal assistant tasks like shopping, RX pick up and delivery, Parcel/package pick up and delivery, etc., (I already do that on several platforms like CDS, Spark Delivery, Instacart, Shipt, etc), and if transportation is needed to and from appointments, picking up kids from school, dry cleaning picked up, any other LEGAL errands, I can more than likely do that too.
I have a large SUV with booster seats already in it (correctly): a toddler carseat with a 5 pt harness as well as two backless boosters for older kiddos.
**I’d like to cut the “middle man” out and get away from these apps bc they take YOUR money as well as MINE, but I’m not sure if this will be cut out for me daring to point out the obvious…. ;) We’ll see.
But this way you can see that I’m a real person, I passed a background check, and we can start on here and hopefully do something private after you trust me and VV. If not, it’s okay too. I’m just not in favor of paying a large corporation part of my hard earned money and I don’t think that clients should have to do so either.
