I have very high cleaning standards, do not cut corners and am quite particular. Deep cleaning for a move in or out project requires generally an on site estimate and runs $55 an hour. Everything you want cleaned, such as the oven or interior of the refrigerator and freezer, blinds, interior of french or patio sliding doors need to be observed and then we can discuss the fee as it is not included in the regular maintenance. Regular bi-monthly or monthly maintenance is $45/hour. And yes, we can always discuss doing dishes and laundry, stripping or making beds...even helping some folks pack for moving. No problem. When I leave your clean home, you should be very satisfied with the end result. A competitor may be less expensive, but I will take the time to make sure you are very happy. I am a non smoker, don't wear fragrances. I have General Liability Insurance, have an FBI background clearance and am finger printed. We accept Zelle, Venmo, credit cards, checks and cash. Keep in mind that I have had the Covid19 vaccine and booster. I'm very happy and willing to wear a mask and gloves while in your home upon request.
