These are the most common questions asked. Basically what my focus is, is to help you change a behavior you do not like to a behavior you do prefer.

Hypnosis is an organic, usually rapid, method of changing a behavior.
While in hypnosis, you are very much aware, alert, and in complete control.
This is not a stage show or an entertainment modality.
Hypnosis is not designed as a cure. This is not something I do "to you" but something you do WITH me.
Working together to create the best treatment plan for your specific issues.
The 1st regular session is the longest.
Approx 2 hours. There will be a significant amount of discussion so I have a clear idea and understanding of your individual situation.
There will be an explanation of what I do and an assessment to determine how you take in information.
At that point, you will be told what is going on, every step of the way during the conversion to hypnosis.
It is incredibly fun! It is exciting and life changing! What are you waiting for?
After the 1st session - all subsequent sessions are usually 4 to 7 days apart.
These will be approximately 1 clinical hour.
Sometimes it may require we go over, but you will know this up front.
I offer a free 30 minute consultation to answer any questions you have and explain how Hypnotherapy can help you, if indeed it can. I will provide referrals to you of qualifying licensed mental and medical health practitioners if I cannot help you.
