I’m a bilingual counselor (Spanish/English) and have 25 years of experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, QHHT regression therapy (currently working on certification of second level training under Dolores Cannon techniques). I also work with energy healing, weight loss, smoke cessation, chronic pain, relationship issues and sexual dysfunction. I enjoy teaching and training about the law of attraction. My approach is holistic as well as eclectic borrowing from different modalities to create a unique experience for my client. I’m a board certified hypnotist and truly enjoy teaching people how to visualize a brighter future for themselves. The hypnosis sessions will be to help you use the power of your own mind and body to overcome a problem, a limitation or improve an ability. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis and trust between client and therapist is crucial.
Please note that I do not work with children unless is during family therapy at which time I would have had to work individually with parents. I do not do family group hypnosis.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND BACKGROUND: I have a master’s degree in clinical social work and have practiced since 1996. I’m also certified in Acudetox which is a five-point auricular acupuncture used for relaxation, addictions and weight loss. I completed hypnosis training under Richard Nongard in 2005 and in 2019 I returned for additional hypnosis training that include age regression under Cal Banyan and received certification in 5-PATH and 7th PATH.
