My practice is very diverse to support a variety of issues that people face; from depression to substance abuse, trauma, and relationship challenges.
We will decide together the best approach utilizing CBT, Energy Therapy, Spiritual Counsel, Hypnosis, Motivation Interviewing, or a combination.
We work in collaboration. There is no magic bullet to fixing someone, it is the work you put into your process that produces results.

Working together either in person or Zoom is exactly the same experience. I work with many clients over Zoom and across the country to support them with various challenges. I also hold therapeutic sessions in my Shrewsbury location for those who wish to drive in.
Our time together includes a dialogue that helps to tune into the real challenge, techniques that you can use to support you when we are not together, and the session you have chosen.
