I am an award-winning illustrator who has forged 107 books with authors, and I am still in love with making books.

I leave my clients with a completely * finished * professionally-printed book, ready for them to publish. I can illustrate the book, design the book's borders and cover, set it up to be structurally sound as a set of print files, help edit and write if needed, and offer a bit of marketing advice for when it's published.

I still feel like I have that raw creative energy for filtering the thoughts of an author, and seeing their words through the "mind's eye."

I think I've always been in love with stories. Some fine arts type illustrators finish a gallery showing, but to me, the books I've done are my showing.
