Hi. I am Bud Kemp and I am brand new to Thumbtack (still working on my profile), although I have been painting for over 30 years. I began by becoming a construction artist upon the completion of a graphic design degree from Colorado Institute of Art and Design (CIA) in 1991. I traveled over 8 years painting amusement and water parks, and working on historical renovations. In 1999 I started Bud’s Custom Painting and have been painting interior and exterior projects across the south metro Denver area. I am, at this juncture, quite adept at all facets of painting and very familiar with pretty much every type of painting project. I’ve successfully completed 100’s of projects, interior and exterior, commercial and residential over the years. I employ a craftsmanship approach and work on every job along with my guys as opposed to subcontracting. I think that’s the best way to assure quality work, work that has a custom appeal. We do everything from exterior work to cabinets and furniture , signage, murals and hand-painted designs . I am more than happy to share the knowledge I’ve gained in design, color schemes, etc. My prices are very reasonable and my work is high end.
