Hello, I am Richard Perez Im 45 yrs I have been painting in new construction for 14 years here in Kentucky Tennessee, and Indiana i also repair drywall damages door window trim replacement decks and fencing repaiar and paint. make your old cabinets look like new cabinets repainting them flooring Tile laminate or stain . Hang or clean gutters im also into flipping houses so i do all my own work. I dont cut corners to get the job done. you will know my price before i get started unless we run into problems thats hold me back from completing the project a contract will be signed with all the details and total for a signature and I am thrilled to do any and all projects that comes to me.
