1-closets $75 2-coats 3' X 5'
1-rooms larger than 9X12 is extra $50-$100
1- closet larger than 3' X 5' will be charged as a room

3-Exterior paint jobs are $2.75 a square foot, material included.
Drywall Prices are as follows:
$2.-$3.00 Per sq ft to Skim-coat Walls and Ceilings
$150-$300 each texture & Drywall repair
$75 each small area hole repairs
Drywall tape each board $25 Drywall Finish each board $25
