We are also proud to say the we run Criminal Background checks on all our employees and require our Subcontractors to perform the same for their personnel working on our jobs. Background Checks are run through Lexus Nexus which is one of the industry leaders in criminal background sources and is used by the FBI as well. NO Felonies are allowed in any worker's past and misdemeanors of 5 years or older and must be completed (no probation can be ongoing).
