What makes us different than most other lawncare professionals is customer service. I know, I know that's very cliche, but let me tell you how we approach customer service.
1. We do not overbook. You see so many companies running around because they are constantly behind due to overbooking and/or poor scheduling.
2. We do not use day laborers. Again, many, if not most lawncare companies use illegal workers, or day laborers. ALL large companies are skirting the laws when it comes to hiring laborers.
We take this business seriously. Honestly its a safety concern, we will never bring a person to your property without fully vetting that individual. We will never bring a day laborer to your home. A person working in that capacity likely will not have your best interest in mind. We will never employ someone that could put our reputation at risk, ever.
3. We pay attention. Many of our clients are snowbirds. If we spot something that needs attention, we will let you know. Often times we have the capability to remedy things that may come up.
For example, leading up to Hurricane Irma, many of our clients needed their hurricane shutters installed. We were able to complete those jobs in an economical and more importantly, timely manner.
