I believe that all humans have the innate ability to heal when given the right support and guidance. I am passionate about women's issues. My inspiring life story is an example of 360 shift from chronic DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, OVERWHELM and PTSD without the use of any medications.

I use a high IMPACT, OUTCOME based Life-Coaching Strategies and Mindful Meditation techniques that are deeply healing and quick stress busters. My clients learn coping strategies unique to their personality type and enhance their enthusiasm towards life. I am a highly empathic coach, suitable for 'Sensitive Souls' while also holding my clients 'accountable' to move out of their comfort zone and create the life they desire.
I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology and a Double Certification in Life-Coaching. I am also an ORACLE READER (Angel cards), an Astrologer, a Meditation Expert and have my Reiki Certification in Level I and II. Given the vast modalities I practice, I also offer an INTEGRATIVE APPROACH to those who seek it (Combine Coaching, Meditation, Oracle reading and Astrology to get the best solutions ever!)
