How my coaching career started was by chance...someone who I previously worked for (yes, for - not with!) asked me to coach them - not just for business but for personal...and they wanted to pay me! We can read all the books in the world, take all the trainings and seminars, but it is truly being myself, deeply listening, and genuinely believing in people, that my clients find most valuable to them.

This experience isn't about me - it's about you. No one wants a coach who drones on about themselves and their specific view of the world. But no one wants just a nodding head either. I like to strike a fine balance.

I won't give you answers, because, frankly, I don't have them. YOU are the expert on you. But together we will figure out how you can achieve what you want to achieve - whether it's a tangible goal, more peace of mind, or improving interpersonal relationships.
