A coaching relationship with me is a unique journey. It's similar to having a great trusted friend you chat with regularly, only better because you can count on confidentiality, attentiveness, support, and guidance. I won't give you pat answers, random advice about what you "should" or "need to" do, judgment (only adding to the guilt pie you've likely already eaten many times), or criticism - regardless of what you've done (I've had my own share of hiccups.) When you talk with me, you will be greeted with a warm smile, and you will get; a trained ear that listens, a loving heart that relates, an experienced mind that questions with curiosity, and a sensitive voice that evokes thoughtful responses helping you find your way. You will get a confidant who will challenge you at just the right time and in the right way so you always come away knowing someone genuinely cares and is committed to your growth. The coaching relationship may last a month or many years (even intermittently) depending on what you are working on or need!
It's totally natural to need a person in your life who will validate your feelings, support you, and provide non-judgmental guidance. Sessions are primarily virtual with some limited face-to-face availability for select coaching clients and organizations.

Rosie's an expert life coach and professional counselor who understands fear and insecurity. Like many of you, she has experienced being bullied, left out, dumped, ignored, and mistreated. She understands how and why people often shy away from others, choose to stay behind closed doors and gates, remain quiet despite having things to say, and avoid talking to strangers. But Revive RT Coaching was born out of a desire to help people – from all walks of life - recognize their value, teach them healthy interpersonal relationship skills, develop confidence, find purpose, and live peacefully.
Rosie has seen how interconnectedness through relationships with the Self, God, and others have made the difference between mediocrity in life versus fullness of life!

Rosie noticed in her executive coaching work that many organizations were suffering unnecessarily when interpersonal issues were not addressed effectively. Irritability, manipulation, lack of balance, unreasonable demands, micro-management, and perfectionism would sometimes single-handedly destroy a department! (And these can – and should – be addressed to maintain an engaged, productive, creative, and collaborative team!)
