Hello! I am La Shawn Danielle, Thee Self Care Maven, and welcome. I am the self-proclaimed Thee Self Care Maven because I am a Life and Self Care Coach whose focus is healing through self-care. I have helped dozens upon dozens to grow in various ways and develop themselves both personally and professionally. My purpose as a life and self-care coach is to help you learn how to care for your mental, emotional, and spiritual health, and to seek overall improvement of your life. I hope to guide you in achieving your life and self-care goals while helping you to realize and actualize your full potential.
The mission of Thee Self Care Maven Experience is to give people the grace and space to become their best selves through a guided journey of holistic healing of the mind, heart, and spirit, so they can embrace abundance, love, peace, happiness, and joy in their lives, free of guilt and feelings of unworthiness.
My job is to EMPOWER you by:

I am not a licensed therapist. A therapist is a licensed medical or human services professional. They can diagnose mental health disorders and give medical advice. I cannot. Therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing. Life Coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals. However, a Life Coach can help with the healing process but in a way that is goal-oriented.
My specialties are self-care, wellness, trauma care, emotional intelligence, and character development. My experience and training to do this work comes from the various organizations I worked for in my former career, my life experiences, and Symbiosis Coaching. Symbiosis Coaching is an International Coach Federation (ICF) approved coach-specific training firm.
