I have been a certified Life Coach for 12 years. I love it! I enjoy talking to people and helping them on their journey. There isn't a one size fits all method to reaching your personal wants. Every person is different. I want to understand your point of view and how you see your world. We all have the power within ourselves to make changes. My goal is to have mental and emotional clarity in all we do.
My journey in life has been very eventful. Full of many surprises, good and not ideal. I have always been one to learn from all my experiences, especially the experiences that were not ideal or part of my plan.

I am a daughter of immigrants from the Caribbean Diaspora. With my life experience as a 1st generation American, I am sensitive in my approach and always seek to understand the many diverse backgrounds, experiences, and lifestyles.
