So, our time together will be focused on setting goals to create the life you imagine, addressing any blocks with out-of-the-box creative problem-solving which could include Reiki or hypnosis. Life Coaching with me will allow you to move from surviving to thriving with more hope and joy because you finally embrace your authentic self. Our sessions will address any blocks from your unconscious mind using hypnosis and NLP techniques. I use a combination of the Therapist to Coach Model, and Coaching from Transformational Academy. I am certified in Transformational Life Coaching, NLP, Life Story and Forgiveness Coaching. I am Attuned to a Holy Fire Reiki Level 1. Also, I use a neurodivergent affirming and body positive framework within my coaching model (including body doubling support).
I am located in Tucson, Arizona, but help clients worldwide through virtual sessions. If you are in the Tucson area and would prefer in-person sessions, we can make arrangements for that as well. I get the best results when I work with extremely motivated, curious and open-minded people that see this as an opportunity to invest in their own life and work toward their goals every day between coaching sessions. In turn, I will guide you in the process so you stretch past your comfort level to discover and grow.
