Hi, I'm Janie! I am a life coach who is passionate about mental health awareness, advocacy, and helping others make lasting healthy connections. This is a result of my own history with mental illness and post-divorce dating.
My coaching business, New Path in Life, is a heart-centered practice that I run with my daughter, a licensed psychotherapist. She helps me provide a clinical-based perspective that compliments my empathetic, practical, and heart-centered approach. My mission is to help people overcome long standing toxic cycles in their life so they can connect with themselves and others more authentically.
Your life is complex, so I take a holistic approach to life coaching, including coaching for building positive habits, stress management, improved relationships, career advancement and fit, and Christian spirituality. Though I don't work exclusively with Christians, I can offer a Christian perspective to *those who desire it* through spiritual coaching.
I've received two honors that I'm especially proud of: Business Woman of the Year in Prince Georges County, MD and personal endorsement of my memoir, Mania, by Canadian Prime Minister Justin Tredeau.
