I trust that most people know what makes them happy and fulfilled. Being engaged on the journey to self-leadership, however, often requires a little bit of guidance and accountability. This is why Quest Matters was created. I was inspired to help my clients learn how to show up authentically in professional and personal settings, which for me includes learning how to balance knowing and being. I work with clients who are very good at doing and achieving but find themselves without tools when it comes to feeling and being. My goal is to help them learn how to integrate both.
