I am so passionate about all things holistic health. I utilize 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and nutritionist and 5 years as a life coach and spiritual mentor to support others in healing both spiritually and somatically. Creating a beautiful ripple effect into all areas of life.
Within our time together we are able to utilize any and all of the tools I've learned on my own journey and assisting others on theirs.
