About

I'm a mom of two special needs children (now young adults) as well as a certified life coach and Clarity Catalyst instructor for adults, kids, and teens. I believe that life is challenging, and we all need support and accountability. It's important for us to be heard, understood, and given a safe space to be vulnerable. I also teach mindfulness and emotional intelligence. My mission is to guide and provide the tools for my clients to find their inner peace, live according to their values, and discover joy. I work with all genders. My first one-hour session is always free.
