As a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC), I embrace and practice the 4 cornerstones of the model. It starts with the belief that people are naturally resourceful, creative, and whole. With this core belief held, our role as coaches is to dance in this moment with our clients, focus on the whole person, and work alongside our clients (or Co-Actively) to evoke transformation. What I love so much about the Co-Active model is the way we are trained to co-create a relationship and rhythm with our clients (and really everyone), There isn't room for hierarchy here - we walk alongside one another on the journey.
My approach is built on trust, empathy, humor (let's be honest, people are funny), and genuine connection. I create a non-judgmental space (as a coach, supervisor, trainer, and consultant) where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and aspirations. Together, we will identify your strengths and ways you may be holding yourself back, explore your dreams or your vision, clarify your goals, and ultimately move toward where you want to be - as an individual, team, or organization.
