I offer individual, couples, marriage, family, group, and adolescent counseling. The environment is a nonjudgmental, safe place of acceptance. I will walk alongside you and remain supportive and resourceful while you are managing trauma, stress, and relationships.
My goal is to help you access what is already working in your life and make adjustments that can be more effective. My focus has been working with individuals of all ages, dealing with a variety of issues, including trauma. Many people I see don't have any "mental illness", and are merely adjusting to life stress, a changing identity, or phase of life. I have worked with all types of people and all types of issues, including the following: anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, self-esteem, and grief; and helped them develop a plan to bring positive changes.
Together, we can identify the triggers that cause difficulties and understand them. I can offer support and guidance through a difficult situation or a new direction in life.
