My Sessions are not timed, one flat rate. Unfortunately, I am not accepting insurance. Sessions are conducted in person, virtual (via Zoom) or phone, whichever way works best for you. Sessions begin and close with prayer and I rely on the Holy Spirit. Your information is confidential. I am nonjudgmental and no finger pointing.
