I have a Master's degree in Psychology and 40 years experience doing transformative work with individuals and couples. I love watching people "wake up" to the recognition that we are all so much more than we believe once we begin to untangle ourselves from the false idea of something being wrong with us.
Depression? Anxiety? Self-judgment? Trying to control others or circumstances? These are all symptoms of our inner unrest. In your willingness to encounter the places where these are held you discover choice, and you find freedom.
In our sessions, we will set a context for a new possibility to manifest, and then explore what opens in that context. Through the breath, imagery, teaching and verbal processing, what is always present begins to reveal itself. Deep, powerful, lasting change is possible, and I am happy to be of assistance.
My own journey of awakening has spanned 4 decades and led me to study with Masters in the Western Psychological and Eastern Mystical traditions. I am comfortable navigating deep waters, and also at addressing practical matters.
